We’re thrilled to announce that Student Analytics is now live for ChooseIt Maker and ChooseIt Readymades! With our new reporting tools, you can track progress, personalise learning, and make data-driven decisions.
What is Student Analytics?
Student Analytics is the latest enhancement to HelpKidzLearn, giving you the tools to monitor student progress like never before. With built-in dashboards and reports, you can easily monitor engagement, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress over time. Currently available for ChooseIt Maker and ChooseIt Readymades, we’ll soon expand reporting to Inclusive Stories and Games & Activities - so you can track progress across even more of your favourite resources!
Comprehensive dashboards.
Student Analytics provides a clear overview of each student’s activity and performance. Simply click into each student’s profile to see their individual reports. You’ll get a clear picture of all the activities they’ve played per product, their overall performance, and key metrics that reveal their engagement and progress.
Detailed activity reports.
Take a closer look at how students interact with individual activities. Activity reports provide: • Time-stamped insights: View the time, date, and duration of each activity for a clear timeline of progress. • Responses: A breakdown of the answers given for each page of an activity and the number of attempts it took to reach a correct answer. • Attempt frequency: A calculation of how many attempts a learners takes to answer pages correctly. • Completion time: See how quickly learners answer questions, so you can track their improvement over time. • Overall performance score: Monitor progress with percentage scores for each activity.
Per-page breakdown.
You’ll be able to view how your students interacted with each page of an activity to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. • Per-page analysis: Breaks down performance by page, including cell selection accuracy, page duration, and number of selections made. • Detailed page reports: Visualise the page layout, the number of cells, response patterns, and probabilities for getting answers correct. • Customisable information tracking: Includes data on headers, cell positioning, audio types, and correctness probabilities to tailor insights to student needs.

Future updates will also include the ability to add comments to reports, evaluate if learning objectives were met, see visual thumbnails on page layouts and create your own custom reports.
