HelpKidzLearn products are directed at children for education purposes only. We do not knowingly seek or collect personal information from users under the age of 13. If we determine we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will promptly delete all such personal information from our records. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998, iKeepSafe Safe Harbor Provision, and other laws have been established to protect the privacy of minors and we abide by all federal and state laws and guidelines regarding youth privacy.
HelpKidzLearn is committed to protecting the privacy of student educational records. We comply with all applicable federal laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). HelpKidzLearn complies with both COPPA and FERPA regulations when it comes to parental consent required to utilise the Service in an educational context.
As a third-party operator, HelpKidzLearn relies on School Consent for all underage children under COPPA. HelpKidzLearn operates as a School Official under the FERPA regulations and complies with these regulations as it relates to children under the age of 13. If you are a teacher and you do not have the authority to act as the agent of the parent, please do not sign up for our service until the school has approved the use of HelpKidzLearn. We do not encourage children to share their work publicly, and we continuously review and update our practices to ensure compliance with COPPA requirements.
If you are a teacher or school representative or use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation and operate as a School Official under FERPA, note that HelpKidzLearn provides its Service upon explicit consent given by you when signing up. Prior to signing up, we will direct you to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. When signing up, you will be declaring to have read such policies and to consent to them. Remember, nonetheless, that you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account and the student’s accounts in accordance with this Policy's instructions.
We collect personal information on the Website when Users choose to reveal it to us. For example, when you register an account with us, when you sign up to attend an event, when you contact us to request a demonstration of our products or services, when you otherwise send us questions, we will collect personal information such as name, email address, telephone and fax numbers, username, password, job title and role, professional contact details, postal address and postcode, preferences and interests, financial information such as credit / debit card numbers, feedback on our products or services.
For student users, we only collect a chosen Profile Name to distinguish individual profiles within the HelpKidzLearn Hub, and this information is never used outside the platform.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. If you have registered an account with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that you submit true, accurate, and complete information to your account, and keep it up to date.
